1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and WOW88 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile app, software, and all services provided by WOW88.

2Eligibility to Become a WOW88 Member

• You must register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• You may not register if you have been designated as a self-excluded person on any gambling platform.

3Account Registration and Management

• One email address can only be used for one account.

4Deposits and Withdrawal of Funds

Fund withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 for e-wallet methods and MYR 50 for internet banking.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 and 60 minutes depending on the chosen method.
• WOW88 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, the receiving bank may apply its own charges.
• WOW88 reserves the right to request additional document verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Funds deposited into a WOW88 account may only be used for gaming purposes within the platform. WOW88 does not operate as a financial institution and does not offer any interest on account balances.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

General terms applicable to all WOW88 bonuses:

• Wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

In the event of a technical error or system disruption:

• WOW88 reserves the right to void or replay any game round affected by a technical disruption.
• If an error occurs during a gaming session resulting in inaccurate wins or losses, WOW88 reserves the right to make corrections following an investigation.
• Wins obtained through software errors or intentionally exploited bugs will not be paid out and the account in question may be suspended.

7Member Conduct and Ethics

WOW88 expects all members to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Identity fraud or account registration using another person's information.
• Money laundering through repeated deposits and withdrawals without any legitimate gaming activity.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live games.
• Spreading false information or defaming WOW88 or other parties on the platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of existing balances, and, where necessary, legal action.

8Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WOW88 account login credentials, including your username and password. WOW88 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

• Suspicious activity or signs of money laundering.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the WOW88 support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the review.

10Responsible Gaming

WOW88 is committed to promoting healthy and responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a range of tools to help members stay in control of their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Time Limit: Set play-time reminders so you never lose track of time.

WOW88's maximum total liability to any member under circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

WOW88 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times.

13Amendment of Terms and Applicable Laws

WOW88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the platform. It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established by WOW88, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
